In Focus
Once a year, the people shaping Perimeter gather to move ideas forward. Join the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs) and our partners as we bring Perimeter’s next chapter into focus at Envision Perimeter 2026.
This year’s theme, In Focus, challenges us to zoom in on what’s taking shape across the Perimeter district, from transformative development and infrastructure progress to the businesses and partnerships defining what’s next.
How are Perimeter’s businesses evolving and what’s working in today’s market?
What opportunities are major infrastructure investments unlocking for the district?
How is Perimeter becoming a stronger destination beyond the workday?

A Modern Model for the Connected Community
This year, we’re taking the conversation 16 floors up at Perimeter Summit, offering showstopping district views and plenty of room for great conversation. The bustling redevelopment is a fitting backdrop for what’s ahead as the campus becomes home to AIG’s 180,000-square-foot Innovation Center and nearly 1,000 new residential units across AMLI Brookhaven and Residences at Perimeter.

Panel: "Infrastructure Investment as a Market Indicator"
Billions of dollars of infrastructure investment don’t converge on one submarket by accident. From the SR400 and Top End 285 Express Lanes to the extension of Path400, Perimeter is in the middle of a transformation in how people move through and experience this district. This conversation will dive into what that means for long-term real estate value and competitiveness.
