Major Companies Are Choosing Perimeter
Here’s Who’s Moving In.

The Perimeter submarket has led metro Atlanta in office leasing activity for two consecutive years— 1.79 million square feet in 2024 and more than 1.6 million square feet in 2025. The companies behind those numbers tell the story better than any statistic can.
AIG at Perimeter Summit
In October 2024, American International Group signed one of the largest office leases in metro Atlanta that year: 179,000 square feet at Perimeter Summit. The Fortune 100 insurance giant consolidated its Buckhead and Alpharetta operations into a single digital innovation hub, bringing 1,000 employees under one roof with plans to hire 600 more over the next five years. AIG scouted locations across the Sunbelt before choosing Perimeter. The company moved in early spring 2026.
Asbury Automotive at 6655 Peachtree Dunwoody Road
When Newell Brands relocated its longtime offices at 6655 Peachtree Dunwoody Road to The King & Queen office towers, the building barely had time empty their floors. Asbury Automotive Group — one of the country’s largest franchised automotive retailers and a Fortune 500 company — purchased the 98,000 square foot building and is relocating its headquarters from Duluth, bringing 350 employees to Sandy Springs. “Sandy Springs provides direct access to the heart of Atlanta, world-class restaurants and entertainment, and the world’s busiest airport,” said Asbury President and CEO David Hult. One Fortune 500 moves up the street; another moves in right behind it.
TriNet at High Street
California-based TriNet chose Perimeter for its new national hub. At the end of 2025, TriNet signed a deal to secure 150,000 square feet at High Street, the $2-billion mixed-use development just north of the Dunwoody MARTA station. The HR solutions company plans to create 750 jobs over the next five years, representing a $15.4 million investment in the district. Dunwoody Mayor Lynn Deutsch put it plainly at her State of the City breakfast with the Greater Perimeter Chamber: “TriNet could have gone anywhere, but they chose us.”
StubHub at 7000 Central Park
StubHub’s arrival in Perimeter is a sign of the times. The ticketing giant, which went public in 2025, subleased 56,000 square feet at 7000 Central Park in Sandy Springsafter quickly outgrowing its initial coworking space in the market. For a company that chose Atlanta over other cities to build out its operations, Perimeter was the ideal landing spot.
Zaxby’s at Perimeter Summit
Georgia’s own Zaxby’s relocated its corporate headquarters from Athens to Perimeter Summit in early 2024, occupying approximately 50,000 square feet alongside AIG’s innovation hub. The move is fitting, with Perimeter becoming one of the most significant food brand hubs in the country. Inspire Brands, whose portfolio spans Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, and Jimmy John’s, is headquartered in Sandy Springs. So is GoTo Foods, home to Cinnabon, Jamba, Moe’s, and McAlister’s.
Location isn’t Perimeter’s only plus—but it helps.
These aren’t coincidental decisions. Perimeter sits at the intersection of the I-285 and GA 400 interchange, is anchored by four MARTA rail stations, and has a growing trail network. With some of the most significant infrastructure investment in the region’s recent history — including the $800 million completion of the Transform 285/400 interchange and the current buildout of the SR 400 Express Lanes, Perimeter offers unparalleled access to travelers from every corner of the region. New mixed-use developments like High Street and redevelopments at Campus 244, Ashford Lane, Park Place, and more are also giving tenants the live-work-play environment their employees can thrive in.
